Every piece is made to order. We craft and dispatch within 3–5 working days, and delivery usually takes another 2–4 days depending on your pin code. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

No — and that's the point. Every bloom is crocheted by hand from yarn, so it keeps its colour and shape indefinitely. No water, no wilting, no allergies.

Yes. Hampers, photo boxes and magazines can all be customised with names, colours, photographs and a handwritten note. Add your notes at checkout and we'll confirm the details over email before we start.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Payment is taken at checkout — we don't offer cash on delivery.

We ship pan-India. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on larger orders — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind.
